Daniel J. Lohrmann is an internationally recognized cybersecurity leader, technologist, keynote speaker, and author.

During his distinguished career, Dan has served global organizations in the public and private sectors in a variety of executive leadership capacities, receiving numerous national awards including CSO of the Year from SC Magazine, Public Official of the Year from Governing Magazine, and Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader. 

Lohrmann currently serves as the Field CISO, Public Sector for Presidio, a global digital services and solutions provider accelerating business transformation through secured technology modernization. Lohrmann leads cybersecurity advisory services for public sector clients at Presidio.

Working with global CxOs and partners, Dan advises clients on cybersecurity best practices and solutions.

Juman Doleh-Alomary is BorgWarner's Chief Information Security Officer and an active volunteer board member of the ISACA Detroit Chapter.  With over 15 years of experience in security, audit, investigation, compliance, and privacy policy/standards, Juman most recently held the position of Director of Cybersecurity GRC at Little Caesar's Enterprises serving the Ilitch holdings portfolio of companies.  Chris Burrows is the Chief Information Security Officer of Rocket Companies.  In this role, Chris is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and programs that ensure the people, information, assets, and technologies are protected.  Chris joined Rocket Companies in 2020 with more than 30 years of experience in risk management, information security, and IT operations across multiple business sectors including government, utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, financial and small business. He has built and implemented multiple enterprise risk-based information security programs.

My goals are to be in a position that allows me to guide and shape information security for a large global organization. A job that empowers me to network with my peers globally and participate in the definition of generally accepted rules and best practices.

 Dave Trader is a Field CISO at Presidio, a leading IT solutions provider that helps clients achieve their digital transformation goals. He has over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk governance, and encryption. He is a USMC veteran, a graduate of the FBI CISO Academy, and a holder of multiple cybersecurity certifications.

As a Field CISO, Dave helps fellow CISOs and security professionals navigate the challenging landscape of cybersecurity, by providing them with best-in-class solutions, trusted advice, and full-stack support. He has a proven track record of creating and improving comprehensive information security risk-based programs, identifying and mitigating IT risks, and designing and implementing security operations centers. He is also a professional public speaker, a non-profit volunteer, and a visionary leader who is dedicated to strengthening and fortifying networks. 

James has been a CyberPatriot Mentor for seven years. Sharing his skills with teams across Michigan. I want to be the best programmer possible. I love writing automated tests, the pain is worth their cause. I will travel to great distances to seek knowledge. Having these skills will allow me to understand new languages and methods, which will in turn, help me extend the power of these skills. When it comes to programming languages, I would like to learn them all. I enjoy learning from other programmers and the opportunity to teach them as well.

Specialties:
Technical: Java, Reverse Engineering (specifically ARM and x86 hardware architectures as well as Java) , finding/exploiting/remediation security vulnerabilities via discrete methodolgies.
Non-technical: Arranging music as well as using musical folklore of beasts being tamed to the point where they find solace, shelter --nay, thrive in my pocket; to summarize my professional and personal passions. 

 I believe that people and organizations thrive in an environment of "violent positivity". Core values are the cornerstone of organizational effectiveness and efficiency. People will always be fallible - and that's normal and expected - but organizations can foster a culture that reinforces positive behaviors and dissuades undesired ones. It's our job as executive leaders to build an organization that tees our people up for success.

Caring for people, valuing their inputs, and encouraging innovation leads to spectacular results ! Violent positivity is all about accentuating all of the good yet properly balancing accountability.

People will do amazing things if they are given the tools, motivation, and ownership to achieve. My philosophy is that executive leadership is best exercised by an "ask, don't task" and "sell, don't tell" approach. People can, and do, make mistakes. We shouldn't expect perfection. However, by empowering people, properly designing our procedural checks and balances, and planning for contingencies - we can achieve organizational excellence.

The results from this approach have been spectacular. At ANG Safety we achieved a 67% reduction and the 4 safest years in ANG's history. Readiness and compliance increased across the enterprise despite the uncertain fiscal environment. Consistent results speak volumes.

 Ken Sigler is one of the full-time faculty members of the Computer Information System program at Oakland Community College.  In his tenure, he initially championed the development of colleges Information Security program, served as Post-Secondary Liaison to the Oakland County High Schools, is the Chair of the college’s Curriculum and Instruction Committee, is a member of the University of Detroit Mercy Center of Cybersecurity and Intelligence Studies Board of Advisors, has served at the national level as a board member of the Colloquium for Information System Security Education, and has co-authored many books and articles on the management of cybersecurity, and cybersecurity education.
